Nelson of Mayne Coatings in the development of a complete powder
coating batch system designed to operate in conjunction with
their patented DECORAL decorative finishing equipment.
Kiss Equipment furnished a large batch powder cure oven, 3 stage
wash tank system including misting area for sealer, Nordson
Spray booth and Spray Guns and a complete overhead rail transfer

KISS BUILDS MASSIVE BATCH OVEN FOR THE
COMPOSITE INDUSTRY
Kiss Equipment Corp was pleased to work with the people of STRATEGIC
COMPOSITES in Pacific, Washington in building a massive
35' Wide x 12' High x 75' Long batch oven capable of curing
composite materials for the aerospace and marine industry.
This large oven maintains it's set temperature (280-380 Def F)
with no more than a 8 Degree Temperature variance
Kiss Equipment also built a second batch oven for INTEGRATED
TECHNOLOGIES of Everett, Washington for use in another
composite material related industry.
